Mets Fan Poll: Who do you want to play First Base for the Mets in 2014?

Mets Fan Poll:

I have been in recent torment from friends over the idea of who is going to play first base for the 2014 New York Mets.

It's Pretty clear and simple, It's Ike Davis' job to lose with Lucas Duda behind him for the job...

Then we have the second tier elite with Josh Satin, Andrew Brown, Matt Clark and even Ill throw Daniel Murphy, Wilmer Flores in there as well....

I want to get an Idea who you prefer to be at first base in 2014..

Mets Fan Poll: Jose Reyes Back to Mets??

Mets Fan Poll:

In this weeks Mets Fan Poll, I have heard whispers from Citi-Field that the Mets plan on trying to pry Jose Reyes from the Blue Jays and already have been in silent talks with the club..

Reyes purchased a home in Old Brookville earlier this month, so maybe he see his future in New York. Pure Speculation...

The former Met paid $4.2 million for the 16-room brick and cedar Colonial, according to real estate records. The six-bedroom, six-bath, two-half-bath luxury home had been listed for $4.578 million. It contains 10-foot ceilings and custom millwork.

With that being said, Do you want the Mets to bring back Jose Reyes via Trade?

Please Vote Below and on our right side bar...Thanks

Mets Fan Poll Results: Terry Collins the Man for Mets Manager

Mets Fan Poll Results:

We started a poll last month and the response was ok, out of the near 200 that voted. In the beginning of the poll, many ran with the Backman vote, with out of the organization running a close second. In the later stages of the poll, the Mets made inclinations about them going to bring back Terry and many Mets fans agreed to the news. Terry Collins has made believers out of the Mets Fans..

Right Now as it stands,

Terry Collins has 47% of the vote
Wally Backman is behind at a 38%
Out of the Organization is last at 14%
1% wanted Howard Stern, LOL

I am going to take down this poll because basically most likely Terry will be brought back for 2014 and beyond. An announcement is expected to take place after the season ends officially.

Where Wally Backman lands may not be with the Mets, because the Mets front office is not too happy with many of his off the field quotes and antics.

Mets Fan Poll Results: The Power has shifted, Mets Fans want Collins back!

I posted last night that the results became consistent with Mets Fans wanting Wally Backman to be the next manager of the New York Mets. The results were Backman (48%) and Collins (40%).

Today is a different story, since the Mets have released some info that  Terry Collins might be resigned at least for one more year, Mets Fans have sighed with Collins..

Mets Fan Poll Results:

I want to thank the Mets Fans who have participated and voted, we had over 200 people voted and the results:

7% want Matt Kemp in the outfield...

5% want either Jose Batista or Andre Ethier

Mets Fans by State:

Sandy Alderson told reporters pregame Monday things are quiet on the trade front.

"Sometimes things happen early. Sometimes they happen late," the GM said. "But very seldom does anything happen in between. We're kind of in that in-between period right now. So, as we move closer to the deadline, things will pick up. But we've had very little in the way of conversations."
