Mets AAA - LAS VEGAS 6, RENO 2: Cory Vaughn hit a pinch-hit three-run homer in the seventh inning to propel the 51s to victory. Matt den Dekker, Josh Satin, Matt Reynolds and Anthony Seratelli had two hits apiece. Logan Verrett improved to 7-2, giving up two runs on six hits in six innings of work. Box

Mets High A - BRADENTON 11, ST. LUCIE 5: Starter Michael Fulmer took the loss, giving up six runs (three earned) on 10 hits in six innings of work. Center fielder Gilbert Gomez and right fielder Eudy Pina had two hits apiece. Box



Mets Low A - AUGUSTA 6, SAVANNAH 4: The GreenJackets broke a 4-4 tie with two runs in the top of the ninth to win it, snapping the Sand Gnats' 11-game winning streak. Savannah starter Alex Panteliodis went 7 2/3 innings, giving up four runs on seven hits, with five strikeouts and no walks. Designated hitter Dominic Smith, first baseman Matt Oberste and third baseman Nelfi Zapata had two hits apiece. Box

Mets A - SS - HUDSON VALLEY 3, BROOKLYN 0: In the 1,000th game in team history, the Cyclones managed just two hits -- singles by first baseman Michael Katz and second baseman William Fulmer. Starter Brandon Welch took the loss, giving up three runs on six hits in 4 1/3 innings. Box

Mets RK - KINGSPORT 6, PULASKI 4: Left fielder Oswald Caraballo went 3-for-4 with a home run, as did first baseman Luis Ortega, and third baseman Pedro Perez went deep as well on his lone hit of the night. Starter Christian Montgomery went 4 2/3, giving up four runs on five hits, with five strikeouts and four walks, and got a no-decision. Matt Blackham earned a win with 2 1/3 innings of scoreless relief. Box

Mets RK - GCL METS 7, GCL CARDINALS 0: Starter Eucebio Arias pitched five shutout innings, giving up just three hits, to earn a win. Third baseman Alvin Maracaro went 3-for-3 with two runs scored, and first baseman Dash Winningham went 1-for-4 with a double and three RBIs. Box
