Recap:

Starlin Castro went 3-for-4 with three RBI and the Chicago Cubs defeated the New York Mets, 5-4, in the second matchup of a three-game set from Wrigley Field.

The Cubs trailed by two entering the home half of the fifth when Castro delivered a two-run single that tied the game.

With one out in the fifth, Emilio Bonifacio singled, Justin Ruggiano walked and Anthony Rizzo singled to load the bases.

Castro's single up the middle tied the game at 4-4, then Rizzo scored later in the inning on a wild pitch from Jeurys Familia to account for the final margin.

Chicago starter Edwin Jackson (4-5) allowed four runs -- one earned -- on five hits with five walks and four strikeouts to earn the win.

The Cubs' bullpen held the Mets to just two hits over the final four innings, with Hector Rondon closing it out for his seventh save of the season.

Dana Eveland (0-1) was charged with the loss in relief of Daisuke Matsuzaka, who surrendered four runs on four hits and five walks over 4 1/3 innings.
