Mets News:

According to ESPN, top prospect Noah Syndergaard has been diagnosed with a sprain of his left, non-throwing shoulder as a result of Thursday's plate collision in Las Vegas.

The degree of the sprain was not yet clear in the report...

Syndergaard had been dispatched for X-rays on Thursday night after colliding with a baserunner at the plate after uncorking a wild pitch. He departed the game in the first inning.
