Mets Minor League Roundup 6/10:


Mets AAA - LAS VEGAS 9, COLORADO SPRINGS 3: Giancarlo Alvarado took a no-hit bid two outs into the sixth before Rafael Ynoa singled. Omar Quintanilla went 3-for-5 with five RBIs and finished a single shy of the cycle. Travis d'Arnaud made his first start since a demotion to Triple-A and went 2-for-4 with a walk. Danny Muno was ejected by plate umpire Adam Schwarz in the first inning after being called out on strikes. Box

Mets AA - BINGHAMTON 8, AKRON 1 - BINGHAMTON 10, AKRON 5: In Game 1, Angel Cuan tossed a seven-inning complete game, limiting Akron to five hits. Kyle Johnson had a first-inning homer and Darrell Ceciliani went deep twice in a three-RBI game. Second baseman Brian Burgamy was ejected in the first inning for arguing a called third strike. Dustin Lawley also drove in three runs. In Game 2, spot starter Hamilton Bennett allowed three first-inning runs in his first professional start, but the B-Mets roared back, scoring 10 unanswered runs. Lawley and Xorge Carrillo homered. The B-Mets turned a 3-all game into a blowout with seven runs in the fifth inning. After a leadoff walk to Rylan Sandoval, Burgamy chased starter Matt Packer with a single. Kevin Plawecki greeted reliever Adam Miller by punching a two-run single into right, giving Binghamton the lead for good. Binghamton hung five more runs on Miller, highlighted by an RBI double by Travis Taijeron and a two-run homer by Carrillo, his first long ball of the season. T.J. Mets High A - ST. LUCIE 6, JUPITER 3: Jairo Perez lined a two-out, two-run homer in the first against Josh Hodges and St. Lucie led wire to wire en route to snapping a three-game skid. In the fourth, the Mets increased their lead to 4-0. Maikis De La Cruz singled home Cam Maron and Eudy Pina hit a sac fly that plated Aderlin Rodriguez. Mets starter Luis Cessa cruised through three scoreless innings, but he ran into trouble in the fourth. Terrence Dayleg drove in Matt Juengel with a single and Dayleg later scored on a wild pitch to make it 4-2. Cessa got a fielder's choice groundout with the bases loaded to end the threat. The Mets got one run back in the fifth when Gilbert Gomez doubled and scored on T.J. Rivera’s single. Jupiter tried to rally again in the fifth. Viosergy Rosa singled in a run to make it 5-3. Cessa again loaded the bases, but struck out Noah Perio to finish the inning. Cessa surrendered three runs and seven hits in five innings. He struck out three and walked three. Yeixon Ruiz added an RBI single in the sixth to complete the scoring. Jake Kuebler pitched two scoreless relief innings. Randy Fontanez pitched a scoreless eighth and ninth to earn his team-leading ninth save. Maron and Rivera had three hits apiece. With the win, the Mets kept pace with Fort Myers, which won its game against Charlotte. The Mets trail the Miracle by 1.5 games in the Florida State League South Division. Five games remain in the first half. Box

Mets A - SAVANNAH 3, KANNAPOLIS 2: Trailing 1-0, the Gnats got a game-tying run in the eighth when Amed Rosario tripled and scored on Colton Plaia's single. The Gnats then grabbed a 3-1 lead in the top of the ninth on a throwing error and fielder's choice. Jeff McNeil had walked to open the inning and moved to second on L.J. Mazzilli's single. Both then advanced on Dominic Smith's sacrifice bunt. In the bottom half, Robert Coles surrendered a two-out RBI single to Tyler Shyrock that advanced the tying run to third base. Coles then struck out Trey Michalczewski looking to end the game and notch his 11th save. Starter Ricky Knapp allowed one run on five hits and three walks in seven innings. Dawrin Frias (4-0) tossed a scoreless eighth. Box
