Mets News: Matt Harvey Progresses in Rehab

Mets News:

Matt Harvey took another step in his rehab from Tommy John surgery Friday. The injured ace moved back to tossing at 90 feet.

The next step would be a move back to 120 feet, Harvey said. He is expecting to be throwing off a mound at some point in June.

“I can't wait to get back up there,” Harvey said Sunday. Harvey has never let go of the goal of pitching at some point this season. The Mets have said that is not the goal, his long-term health is.
