Mets Minor League Roundup 6/29:


AA - Binghamton 4, Trenton 3 (Game 2)
Trenton 4, Binghamton 2 (Game 1): The two teams split the doubleheader. Trenton scored three in the first inning en route to a win in the first game. Daniel Muro and Josh Rodriguez each homered in the first game. Cesar Puello went 2-for-3 with an RBI in the second game. Mark Cohoon picked up the win. Game 1 Box; Game 2 Box

A + - Ft. Myers 12, St. Lucie 2: St. Lucie was bludgeoned on Saturday by Ft. Myers. Matt den Dekker went 3-for-4. Starter Alex Panteliodis gave up eight runs in 3 2/3 innings. Box

A - Rome 6, Savannah 2: Savannah scored two in the first inning but was held down the rest of the way. Cole Frenzel went 1-for-2 with an RBI. Steven Matz suffered the loss despite giving up just two earned runs in eight innings. Box

RK - Kingsport 5, Elizabethton 4: Kingston scored three runs in the ninth inning to tie the game. Jeffrey Diehhl scored on a wild pitch to win the game. Starter Carlos Gomez pitched 6 2/3 innings of shutout ball. Box

SS - Hudson Valley 9, Brooklyn 0:: The Cyclones were blanked on Saturday. Gavin Cecchini went 3-for-4. Dario Alvarez gave up five runs in 4 2/3 innings. Box

RK - GCL Nationals 5, GCL Mets 4:: Ruben Tejada went 0-for-3 in his second rehab game. Box
