Glen Falls Radio (Upstate NY) Station will carry all 162 Games

Glens Falls radio station WMML (1230 AM), which had been off the air since Feb. 1 to reconstruct its tower, returned to the air at noon today and immediately announced that it will carry the entire New York Mets schedule.

"It's a nice clear signal that's strong at least in the three counties up here — Warren, Washington and Saratoga," general manager Mike Thompson said.

Thompson said the station will carry all 162 games. WMML also carries races from the IndyCar series, and is exploring the possibility of adding Buffalo Bills and high school broadcasts in the fall.

The Capital Region has been without a Mets affiliate since WOFX (980 AM) dropped the team's broadcasts in order to pick up the Red Sox.
